We're Hiring:

Digital Marketing Assistant

You’ll be hands-on across paid media (social + PPC), reporting/analytics, social content, email marketing, marketing system management and SEO, working across a range of clients and projects in a busy, collaborative team that moves quickly and cares about the details. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who’s a keen learner, looking for a varied role, and confident switching between channels and priorities.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join Snap as we grow our digital marketing team.

What you'll do:

Paid campaigns (Social & PPC):
  • Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn (and others as needed).
  • Build campaigns with strong structure: objectives, targeting, budgets, creative, landing page alignment, and tracking.
  • Optimise performance through testing (audiences, creative, messaging, placements, bidding, budget allocation).
  • Maintain platform hygiene: Quality assurance checks, naming conventions, documentation, and performance pacing.

Reporting, analytics & tracking:
  • Support tracking implementation, compliance and maintenance (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, third-party pixels, cookie banners).
  • Build and maintain regular performance reporting (dashboards, reports, summaries).
  • Translate data into actions: what’s working, what to test next, what to improve.

SEO & website content updates:
  • Support on-page optimisation (titles/meta, headings, internal linking, basic content improvements).
  • Publish and maintain blog content with search intent in mind, collaborating on briefs.
  • Updates in a CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow), updating text/images, creating pages/posts, and keeping formatting consistent.

System Management
  • Support the management of marketing softwares, tools and systems.

Social content:
  • Support social content scheduling and delivery across client accounts.
  • Help write captions and keep output consistent with each brand’s tone of voice.

Email marketing:
  • Build and schedule email campaigns and automations (platform dependent).
  • Use segmentation and testing to improve performance (subject lines, content, timing, audience).
  • Maintain list hygiene and support best practice around consent and deliverability.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience setting up and managing paid social and/or PPC campaigns.
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients and deadlines in a busy agency.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset - You take ownership, communicate clearly, and keep things moving.
  • Curious and adaptable - You learn quickly and enjoy working across different industries and project types.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with GA4 / GTM and conversion tracking
  • Experience building dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) and turning performance data into insights.
  • Email marketing experience (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot or similar), including basic automations/segmentation.
  • SEO experience: comfortable using Google Search Console, supporting on-page optimisation (titles/meta/internal linking/basic technical checks)
  • CMS/website content updates: confident updating sites in a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), swapping images/text, creating and formatting blog posts/pages, and keeping content clean and consistent.
  • Basic creative skills (e.g., Canva / simple editing) to support quick-turn content.
  • Competent with AI tools: uses AI responsibly to speed up research, copy drafts, reporting summaries, and content ideation with strong quality assurance and brand/accuracy checks.

What you'll get:

We’re proud of the culture we’ve built; supportive, ambitious, and genuinely collaborative. You’ll be part of a motivated team that pushes each other to do great work, celebrates wins together, and creates an environment where everyone is encouraged to grow.

Alongside this, there are plenty of other perks to working at Snap, including:

  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Training and development support
  • Flexible working
  • Christmas closure
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Quarterly team lunches
  • Access to our wellness studio
  • Travel opportunities
  • Sports and social activities outside of work
