Dementia Jersey’s “Boost Your Brain” campaign wins Creative Award at the Digital Jersey TechAwards 2025

We’re absolutely buzzing to share that Dementia Jersey has won the Creative Award, at the Digital Jersey TechAwards 2025 — for their standout “Boost Your Brain” campaign, created in partnership with the team here at Snap.

Turning awareness into action

This campaign has a special place in our hearts. From the very beginning, the goal was simple but powerful: to help people understand that you can reduce your risk of dementia by up to 45% through small, positive lifestyle changes. But the challenge? Making that message land in a way that people would actually remember, talk about, and act on.

Together with the Dementia Jersey team, we built a campaign designed to do just that — mixing creativity, technology, and storytelling to turn science into something social and engaging.

We brought the message to life through animated explainer videos, an interactive online quiz, and brain-shaped QR codes placed around the island — each linking to practical, easy-to-follow tools to help people boost their brain health in fun, achievable ways.

The result was a campaign that really connected. It got people thinking, talking, and taking action, proving that when creativity meets purpose, you can shift awareness into impact.

Tom Le Sueur, CEO of Snap, said:

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to help a charity with a cause so close to me personally get the recognition they deserve. The Dementia Jersey team pour their hearts into everything they do, and this campaign is proof of how creativity can be used to genuinely improve lives. We’re proud to have played a part in bringing their vision to life.”

Claudine Snape, CEO of Dementia Jersey, said:

“We’re absolutely delighted to receive the Creative Award. ‘Boost Your Brain’ was about making an important message feel hopeful, engaging, and empowering. Working with Snap gave us the opportunity to approach public health in a completely new way — using creativity and digital channels to reach more people and inspire positive change. This recognition is a wonderful celebration of what can be achieved through collaboration.”

A win for creativity with purpose

Seeing the campaign recognised with a Digital Jersey TechAward feels like a win for everyone involved and a reminder of what’s possible when creative storytelling meets meaningful causes. Huge congratulations to Claudine Snape and the entire Dementia Jersey team. You’ve proven that when purpose and passion meet creativity, incredible things can happen.
