Since joining the agency, Charlie has helped shape how we approach brand and marketing strategy, working closely with organisations across Jersey, the UK and beyond to define positioning, clarify messaging and build marketing systems designed for long-term growth. Her ability to step back and see the bigger commercial picture for a business has become an important part of how we work with clients. Rather than simply delivering campaigns or creative outputs, the focus is always on helping organisations understand where they’re going and how marketing supports that journey.
In her new role as Strategy Director, Charlie will lead Snap’s strategic services while continuing to work closely with businesses to shape their brand, marketing direction and digital growth.
She’ll also work alongside the leadership team to guide the future development of Snap’s strategy offering as the agency continues to evolve its strategy-first approach to brand and marketing.
