It all started with a passion for great tasting coffee

This year, we decided to step up our coffee game and find a blend with both purpose and a story. Working with local coffee enthusiast Bill at Rock Roasters, we explored the journey from cherry to cup and learned how each origin is roasted to reveal its unique character.

Rather than creating a fixed blend, we chose to support specific farming regions known for producing standout flavour profiles. While the taste may subtly change from harvest to harvest, the quality and ethical sourcing never will.

Our Snap Blend

Bold Brew combines washed Ethiopian and Colombian arabica beans, creating a harmonious cup with notes of sweet caramel and a rich, complex body.

By sourcing our coffee this way we not only support another local business, but also coffee farmers, and their communities, one cup at a time.
