Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on digital to join the team in Jersey.

This permanent, full-time role, based in Jersey, will primarily lead the marketing team at the agency working closely with a range of engaged clients.

You will be responsible for producing marketing strategies and leading our marketing campaigns for our international client base across multiple channels.

An outline of various duties will include:-

For our clients:
  • Build, plan and implement marketing strategies for our clients with a focus on digital through a strategic understanding of the clients business goals and objectives.
  • Integrate digital plans into a wider media strategy – working across departments to maximise the clients success with an omnichannel approach.
  • A holistic, integrated approach to the clients total marketing spend eg. Including management of clients’ media spend across traditional, local and digital marketing channels.
  • Copywriting for client strategies, video scripts, ad campaigns, blogs, social media posts and website copy.
  • Agree with clients all marketing dashboards and key metrics which clearly demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and return on expectation (ROE).
  • Proactive relationship management –Be seen as a trusted advisor, key strategic partner and extension of the clients leadership team. 
  • Innovate and future-proof Snap’s product and service offering to ensure we remain market leading, relevant and a key investment for clients.
For the Snap team:
  • Purposeful leadership of Creative, Marketing and Digital Snap teams.
  • Being the critical link between the client and the Snap internal teams.
  • Translate clients business needs into clear briefs, workflows and project plans.
  • Assist with business communications and take the lead – Weekly team previews / reviews and monthly SMT meetings.
For the Snap business:
  • Snap Brand and Marketing strategy – Work with the internal team to create and develop an impactful and results driven tactical brand and marketing strategy.
  • Your Leadership role – A critical member of the senior leadership team who is trusted, credible and the go-to point when the CEO is not available.
  • Brand Guardian – Wear the Snap badge with pride, set an example to the Snap team and have a mindset of ‘it’s my business’ mentality.

What’s your Tech Stack?
  • Excellent IT Skills, particularly in Office 365; Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. – Google Suite: Mail, Calendar, Drive, Analytics, Ads.
  • Familiar with Digital marketing tools, social media tools, Adobe suite, project management software and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to run and manage paid Digital Ad Campaigns across, Google Search, Bing, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Google Display Network
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Video formats and Email Campaign Software.
  • Knows the basics but doesn’t need to be proficient in Web hosting, WordPress and Webflow.
