We began by reviewing last years event, participation figures and fundraising goals.
Our marketing team planned how this year’s event could be larger than last years – what we could include in order to attract a larger audience and make it a fun, family day out.
We brought the festival to life by using low cost, effective guerrilla marketing techniques and event staff along with live music, sandcastle workshops and a team tug of war to run alongside last year’s colour run.
Using intelligent digital marketing we began to grow the base of customers taking part, and maximise donations to help scale FNHC’s biggest fundraising event of the year.
With our expertise in event management we were able to create a community festival to increase the fundraising effort for their main event of the year.
Ahead of the event, our team had already helped FNHC to reach their participation goals. In total, we were able to increase colour run participation by 56% based on 2018 and increase donations substantially.
