ACE Cleaning is a long-established, family-owned cleaning business with a strong reputation across the island. Known for their specialist approach and calm, dependable delivery, they operate in environments where standards are high and reliability is non-negotiable. This project was about refinement rather than reinvention, evolving the brand and digital presence while respecting the brand equity ACE Cleaning has built over decades.

The starting point was a focused brand strategy workshop. This allowed us to step back from surface-level aesthetics and clearly define the values that underpin the business. What emerged was a brand rooted in specialist expertise, a no-shortcuts mentality, strong family heritage and the ability to remain calm and composed when it matters most. These principles became the foundation for every decision that followed.

Alongside the brand refinement, we redesigned and rebuilt the ACE Cleaning website. The previous site no longer reflected the professionalism or scale of the business, nor did it clearly communicate who they work with. The new website was structured around key audience personas, making it immediately clear which sectors ACE Cleaning serves and how their specialist services differ across each.

Careful attention was given to content hierarchy, navigation and messaging, ensuring the experience is simple, intuitive and reassuring. The tone is clear and measured, mirroring the way ACE Cleaning operates day to day, while reinforcing trust, experience and attention to detail at every touchpoint.
