Redefining the holiday park experience.



With such a diverse portfolio, the business needed a brand that better reflected the quality of its parks and the experiences they offered. Their existing identity no longer captured what today’s holidaymakers were looking for, from active family adventures and romantic escapes to dog-friendly breaks immersed in nature.

Working alongside senior stakeholders responsible for the future direction of the brand, Snap was appointed to create a refreshed identity and digital experience that would reposition Argyll Holidays for a new generation of outdoor holidaymakers, while providing a flexible platform that could grow with the business.

Putting their holidaymakers first.

Rather than simply refreshing the visuals, we treated the project as an opportunity to redefine how the brand should be experienced.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider project team, we immersed ourselves in the business, exploring its audience, analysing the competitive landscape and understanding what genuinely differentiated Argyll Holidays from other UK holiday park operators. This research helped shape the creative direction, ensuring every decision was grounded in commercial thinking rather than aesthetics alone.

From this, we developed a refreshed visual identity centred around the people the brand serves. Families making memories together, couples escaping everyday life and dog owners embracing the outdoors became the heart of the new brand story.

Bringing every park under one brand.

Alongside the identity, we established a clear brand hierarchy capable of supporting the entire portfolio of parks. This gave Argyll Holidays a consistent master brand while allowing each individual park to retain its own personality and unique appeal.

To ensure the positioning felt authentic, we commissioned and creatively directed a bespoke lifestyle photography shoot across several parks in Scotland. Every image was carefully planned to showcase the accommodation, facilities and outdoor experiences that define an Argyll Holidays stay. Rather than relying on generic stock imagery, the new photography created an authentic visual language that immediately strengthened the brand across every customer touchpoint.

The website became the natural extension of this work. Working collaboratively with other specialist marketing partners, we helped shape a digital experience that translated the new identity into an engaging customer journey, bringing together brand, content and user experience into one cohesive destination.

When growth outpaces the brand.

Argyll Holidays had built an exceptional collection of parks, but the brand wasn’t fully communicating the quality or diversity of the experiences available.

With multiple locations, accommodation types and customer audiences, consistency had naturally become more difficult over time. Individual parks often needed to market themselves independently, making it harder to establish a recognisable master brand that customers could instantly connect with.

More than a holiday

At the same time, the expectations of holidaymakers had changed. Customers were no longer simply booking accommodation; they were buying experiences, creating memories and choosing destinations that reflected their lifestyles.

The challenge was to create a modern, flexible identity capable of bringing every park together under one recognisable brand while celebrating the individuality that makes each destination special.

Today, Argyll Holidays has a stronger and more cohesive identity across its portfolio, supported by a modern website, authentic photography and consistent messaging that better reflects the quality of its parks and the audiences it serves.

Our involvement has continued long after the initial launch. We continue to support the business through digital advertising, CRM, email marketing and ongoing consultancy, helping ensure the brand remains consistent while evolving alongside customer behaviour and commercial priorities.

What began as a rebrand has developed into an ongoing partnership, with Snap continuing to support one of the UK’s leading holiday park operators as it grows its audience, strengthens its brand and inspires more people to discover the great outdoors.
