Snap were tasked with introducing a new concept to the local market through the use of a fresh visual brand identity, website design & development and cross-channel digital marketing.
Beep provides an on demand delivery service, therefore the visual language used was designed to focus on this key selling point. Using vibrant colours, a logo with plenty of movement and an overall sense of energy and speed it’s messaging is clear.
As with any web project we focus on producing a UX specification in the planning stage, which in this case reveals the user groups as both customers and new recruits. This new service needed to speak to a new audience in order to attract it’s drivers and riders. In order to speak to a varied demographic we illustrated a suite of drivers, riders and bike riders.
The website is designed to be personal and intuitive featuring bespoke form development with an interactive map of the area in which users can view using any device and request delivery from a nearby restaurant or supermarket.
In addition to deliveries through the website, Beep has enjoyed success with our digital marketing campaigns that target specific demographics. Their most recent campaign focused on recruiting a variety of demographics, ranging from college students to more senior drivers.
