Performance Physio had a strong reputation, but their brand no longer reflected their ambition; they wanted to reposition themselves to appeal to a wider audience beyond athletes and realign themselves within the Jersey market. Our challenge was to craft a compelling brand identity and website that communicated their new positioning and showcased their accessible, people-first, service approach.

Our strategy for Physio.je focused on broadening their appeal, balancing digital visibility with a human-first identity, and creating a future-proof brand. By transitioning from Performance Physio to Physio.je, we repositioned them to serve not just elite athletes but a wider demographic, including general physiotherapy and specialised services such as pelvic health treatments.

We led a full-scale rebrand, transforming them into Physio.je – a name that’s simple, memorable, and distinctly Jersey. From the ground up, we crafted a new logo, colour system, typography and identity for this evolving brandall designed to evoke movement, energy, and trust. Their website was rebuilt for clarity and ease of use, while a powerful launch video brought their mission to life. We helped realign their messaging; with “Life Awaits” as their new tagline, Physio.je now speaks directly to those eager to move freely again—to run, play, explore, and live without limits.

Physio.je’s rebrand successfully bridges the gap between digital innovation and human connection, positioning them as a premium yet accessible physiotherapy provider in Jersey. At the heart of their new identity, the geometric metamorphic sphere symbolises the journey from injury to recovery, reinforcing their commitment to transformation and well-being. A modern colour palette and sleek typography subtly nod to technology and innovation, ensuring the brand remains fresh and future-ready across digital platforms.

The brand hero video further amplifies this message, shifting the focus from treatment processes to the emotional and lifestyle benefits of physiotherapy, inspiring potential clients to envision their own path to recovery. With a stronger, more recognisable brand and a scalable, future-proof website, Physio.je is now poised for long-term growth, confidently expanding their reach while preserving the personal touch that makes them unique.

Visual Identity and Messaging
The design was all about transformation – starting with fragmented shapes that gradually come together to form a unified whole. The visual journey representing that of the patient’s own path, moving from a state of limitation and imbalance towards a fuller, more vibrant life.

Crafting “Life Awaits”  as the brand’s tagline, reinforcing the transformational impact of physiotherapy and celebrating those moments that pain and mobility often hold back.

Website Design & Development
Delivered a future-proof, fully responsive website with enhanced UI and UX. The site evolved from an initial enhancement to a full rebuild to do their new brand justice and to reflect their expanded services.

Brand Hero Video
We directed, produced and edited an aspirational, outcome-focused video campaign featuring a GB Paralympian and real patients, to launch the newly rebranded physiotherapists.
